Deposit & Cancellation Appointment Policy

Down payments to book appointments are as follows;

• Shampoo and Conditioners $18.00
• Relaxers are $25.00
• Hair rinse coloring is $25.00

If you book an appointment and cancel it within the same 7 days of the appointment a rebooking fee is $25.00. 6-8 Shoulder Feed -In Braids $110.00 & Up are $50.00. Full Weaves $95.00.

• Reply response to new customers is within 24 to 48 hours. If we do not respond within that time frame please email, text or call us during business hours.
• Shampoo/conditioners and other hair service appointments costing under $100.00 that are created more than three weeks in advance require a $45 non-refundable deposit. If appointments are completed the deposit goes towards balance of hair services. This is for some reason because cancellation of the appointment ($45) is not refundable. Please contact the salon within the time frame of service if you are changing appointment dates.
•  Depending on hairstyles costing over $150.00 there is a deposit of $60.00 or more depending on the cost of the hairstyle and services.

• We accept Zelle, cash, and Square Mobile for hair service payments!
